my iPhone 6 gets really hot in a small spot just below the ear piece

It gets so hot you could almost burn yourself on it, and it happens right away too, not just after using for a long time. I've noticed in the past that when the Camera is left on/open too long my previous iPhone (4S) got really hot, but this is different as its just 1 small area and its more or less instant.
