How to see my iPhone contacts on my laptop

I have Windows 7 on my laptop. I had an old iPhone. Recently I got a new iPhone. I want to manually transfer my contacts to my laptop, select the contacts which I need, delete unnecessary contacts and then plug in my new iPhone and transfer the contacts from laptop to my new phone. Please help, as it is very urgent. I shall be thankful even if I get a small hint on how to see my contacts, since I am unable to see my contacts on laptop.
