Our podcast channel, "PAGE Georgia Academic Decathlon" has been on iTunes for 6 years and suddenly it has disappeared saying, "it is not available in US store." It was there a few days ago but now is gone.

What is your RSS feed URL?
There is no obvious reason in the feed, but: the URL given for your latest episode is
http://xserve1.pageinc.org/itunespcasts/gad/gad_apr15.m4v
However there is no file on the server at that address. It's possible that this failure has caused your podcast to be removed - when checking submissions the Store checks only the top episode; it's not clear how it works when podcasts get removed for not working in some way but this could well be the reason.
You should first correct the problem (and when you post a new episode you should always check that it actually works); then it's possible that if you email podcasts 'at' apple.com and explain the situation they may restore it - though I shouldn't bank on it. Unfortunately if they don't you will have to re-submit the podcast as if it was a entirely new one, and you will probably have to change the title slightly to avoid the automated part of the process telling you it has already been submitted.
