iPhone is Disable, I have the Passcode

My daughter changed the Passcode on my iphone and put it into lost mode. I put it into disabled trying old passcodes.

I have the correct passcode but the phone says "connect to itunes." When I connect to itunes I get "iTunes could not connect to "Phone1" because th iPhone is locked and in Lost Mode.

How do I unlock?

if you go to icloud.com and sign in you should have an option to erase the device. I would suggest erasing it if you have a back up in itunes or icloud that you can restore from.
