Q: Unable to see credentialed courses, and edit courses by instructors
We are experiencing difficulties with our credentialed courses not be showing periodically in iTunes. If we happen to be able to see the course, then instructors are unable to edit or upload to the course.
I've checked our iTunesU credential integration and can set the debug property to true and verify what is being sent over to iTunes. I can see credential strings being recognized that are defined in the course objects, but under access it says that since everything is valid then the user would have browse and download access to the requested resource. Which is kind of odd I was thinking since the credentials were all instructor ones, which grants them edit access to the course object.
Is anyone else experiencing problems like this?
