I have a disabled ipad with a message "connect to itunes", but itunes is not reading or opening the ipad saying it needs the passcode to be entered first, any help plz
If iTunes is giving you the message to enter the passcode, it has to be seeing the iPad. Try recovery mode and see if you can restore that way.

many thanks Demo but the itunes does not see the ipad and requests me to put the passcode on the ipad itself which is not possible for me since its disabled.

If you don't see your connected device in iTunes for Mac - Apple Support
IF you can get the device to be recognized in iTunes, you might be able to use recovery mode after.
thanks again Demo, i tried all the steps in your link but its obvious the problem is not the recognition of my Ipad by itunes, its itunes refusing to connect to the ipad unless I unlock the ipad by entering the passcode on the ipad itself!! which i could not do because the ipad is only giving my this message "ipad is disabled. connect to itunes", no reboots are helping. i'm frustrated!
