I am the US representative for an European NFC unattended terminal manufacturer.(eg vending machines)
We have had many requests to Implement Apple Pay - and would like the hardware development team in Europe to test. We will be testing with Apple Pay supporting processors in the USA.
What is the most effective way to accomplish this?
Am I required to activate an iPhone 6 with a USA carrier?
If its activated, will it work in Europe?

Thank you for the reply - but we are not merchants. Our customers are vending machine manufacturers who sell to the merchants. We build a semi-integrated hardware payment solution that the vending machine manufacturers integrate into their machines.
I have have a testing requirement to confirm that Apple Pay works (besides PayPass/PayWave) - and I need to perform this test in Europe.
