Wifi requires network diagnostics

This is a new Mac Book Pro. Reluctant to return it as the migration took many hours.....

What happens is this: "You are not connected to the internet" appears on opening; then go through the Network Diagnostics steps until reaching the "DOHC/whatever " option, when a box appears saying "Network Diagnostics wants to access (wifi name) in Keychain". I hit 'always allow,' ,and am then online.

But I have to perform this ritual after shutting down for more than about an hour.

So far three Apple advisers have been unable to diagnose the problem. Perhaps there's a fine mind out there that can suggest a solution?

Thank you, experts.

Postscript to the above: after exchanging a Macbook Pro for another one, then five phone calls involving seven Apple tech experts, and a visit yesterday to the Apple store where another genius tried to fix it, this problem remains unaltered.

Seems there is no answer to this. Shall just have to go through Network Diagnostics every time to get a connection. Miserable.
