Pages install gets stuck every time about 3/4 of the way through, latest IOS (8.3 12F70). The phone isn't 24 hours old yet and was restored from my previous iphone 5S via iCloud. Extremely frustrating, please help.

Wanted to add also that the status reported in App Store and the status shown on the app icon did not match
