WI-FI button not responding.

Hi!

I'm using iphone 5 and i have a little problem. I cant turn wifi on. I replaced the wifi antenna but still, nothing. Maybe someone could help or give me a hint what i should do ? As You can see, in "settings" it stays gray and also the on the tab.
