How to delete Photos?

Hey,

When I created my Photo library in the new Photo app it had a size of about 20GB.

I deleted about half my photos and the size of the library in finder stayed on 20GB but when I click Window, Info in the App it tells me the size of All my Pictures is 11GB.

I read through the support article of apple that explains how the new Library is created with copies of the old Library. So I deleted the old Library since I have no need for it anymore. Even after a restart and a cleared bin that had no effect at all.

My problem is that Apple says my Library is 20.03 GB in size and I should order the 200GB option instead of the 20GB one if I want to use ICloud.

I couldn't find anything on the internet. I am not even sure what to look for. If there is some paper bin in the Photo App I couldn't find it.

I hope someone can help me.

So today I opened the Library container to see if it contains photos that I deleted and as I found out yes it does.

So the problem is now how to delete those pictures that I already deleted in the Photos app from the Library.

This is starting to really annoy me since its so hard to find any help in the internet because searching for the app "Photos" doesnt work at all...
