Apple Maps Not Calling Back With Pin

This is not iPhone specific but a general Apple Maps Issue.

I have claimed a few business on Apple maps and have tried multiple times (7) but not once have we received a call with a 4 digit pin during the open call window.

I had to wait 120 minutes before I can try again and this is a direct line too.

I cannot seem to edit the above.

I was given miss information and it turns out the phone number does involve a menu so that seems to be the issue.

Our numbers all go through a 'press 1 to speak to' and our call centre is getting the call but tail end, it just says ' hang up now'

How can we verify our phone numbers?
