How do I empty my Safari browser cache?

I have an iPhone 6 with the newest version of iOS 8 installed. How do I empty the Safari browsing cache on my iPhone? I do NOT want to delete cookies and browsing history - only my browsing cache.

I finally figured out that in OS X Safari you have to enable the Developer's Menu to be able to empty only the cache.

How do I do this on an iPhone?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3

There's only one way to do it on an iPhone and that is to "Clear history, cookies, and other browsing data."

Anyone know of a way to delete the iPhone Safari cache, only? Is there an app that can do it, if Apple didn't put this option in the terrible iOS 8 release.
