Can i setup iCloud so it doesn't use cellular data and only wifi?

I would like to know if i can set up iCloud so that it only sends updates photos, music, videos etc between my macbook and my iphone only when my iphone is connected to a wifi network so that iCloud doesn't drain all of my cellular data.
