I took a video on my iPhone 6+ and want to print one frame from the video. How can I print the selected frame?

I have tried this so many times, I've lost count. I can't find the exported photos. Why does it not work for me?
It is so frustrating that my iPhone7+ has the video button directly next to photo button so I've taken dozens of videos by mistake. I wish Apple would have a feature that locked the mode.
Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and try from there.
I'm using OS X 10.10.3 Yosemite and the new Photos. Thanks for any assistance you can offer! sw

A .tiff file of that frame will be saved in the Pictures folder.

I read ALL the answers but the feature is not working!!! I am running Yosemite 10.10.5 and the images are not in the Picture folder. This is why I am looking for help (not sarcasm).
