I took a video on my iPhone 6+ and want to print one frame from the video. How can I print the selected frame?

I have tried this so many times, I've lost count. I can't find the exported photos. Why does it not work for me?
It is so frustrating that my iPhone7+ has the video button directly next to photo button so I've taken dozens of videos by mistake. I wish Apple would have a feature that locked the mode.
Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and try from there.
It depends on what system are your running and if you're using iPhoto or the new Photos.
I'm using OS X 10.10.3 Yosemite and the new Photos. Thanks for any assistance you can offer! sw
Select the video and begin playing. Stop at the frame you want and use this option to copy that frame into Pictures:
A .tiff file of that frame will be saved in the Pictures folder. From there you can print it with whatever app you'd like, Photos, Preview, etc.

I read ALL the answers but the feature is not working!!! I am running Yosemite 10.10.5 and the images are not in the Picture folder. This is why I am looking for help (not sarcasm).
