I have looked for some tutorial showing me how to do this but could find nothing, can anyone here steer me towards a tutorial on this effect?

it is a picture in a picture which I know how to do
just lay mages on top of each other ……but how to get one moving picture to grow in size in this way?

AActivate transform in the viewer Shift-T. There is a keyframe button in the upper left. Add a keyframe. Move forward in the timeline and resize the image by dragging the corner. Move the image to reposition it. You'll have a simple animation that zooms the picture from full screen to whatever size you chose.
haha you make it sound really easy, now let me see how linear the path is to that given my skill level
