iPhone 5c: Can hear caller barely. The volume of the speaker is weak.

Hello,

I got a iPhone 5c. By first use i noticed that the volume of the phone's frontspeaker/reciever is very weak, even if the volume, when calling, is turned to maximum. The difference with my other iPhone 5 is huge.

There is no plastic left which covers the speaker.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thankx

Hello, Dries.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you have concerns with the receiver volume of your iPhone 5c. You have gone through some of the troubleshooting steps that I could recommend with no resolution. There are just a couple more in the article below, including the section labeled Get more help.

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone
