How do I change an iTunes username/account that is different from my Apple ID/account so they are the same?

My wife has a PC and syncs iTunes from that to her iPad and iPhone, but she has a different iTunes Username (Account) than her regular Apple ID account. How can we change the ITunes account to use her regular Apple ID?
