The feed works OK when subscribed to in iTunes. However, your top episode (which is the only one which is checked during submission) is not a movie but a PDF file. Although these are permitted in a podcast and will appear (unlike any other non-playing file) my guess is that the Store won't accept it when assessing a podcast as it doesn't really indicate what the content will be like. I would suggest removing that episode until you have been accepted and adding it back later.

Many people submit with only one episode, so you shouldn't have a problem about that.

To be fair to them, they take responsibility for problems at their end (mostly), but they don't reckon to offer advice on any problems with your podcast at your end - with many thousands of podcasts in the Store there would be no end to it.
Well, I'll be darned. They just replied with a ticket number on the old url feed just now! Meanwhile, I've gotten acceptance for the new feed url, which is:
