Upgraded new MBP MD 101LLA to 16g ram and runs slower now

Hi,

I tried posting this to Apple Support Community and it said I couldn't so this is the closest I could get.

I just bought this MBP MD101LLA last week from BestBuy. Upgraded RAM to 16g cos the colorful wheel kept spinning whenever I was using Firefox or anything (although, I do tend to have over 50-100 tabs open at a time). Upgraded RAM, Firefox kept crashing. Tried closing tabs, still crashing, uninstalled, reinstalled, seems ok now. Anyway, I am a Windows/Samsung person cos I can build/fix those but not Mac so much. I need help with why this computer is slow. Do I just need to put an SSD in it? Or bring it back. I have another MBP that my son spilled water in and I got that back to life last night, but it probably needs a new logic board, as it needs to be plugged in and the battery unplugged, but that's another story. Do I need to bring this one back? Or just delete stuff off the menubar or SSD it? Or is it Yosemite 10.10.3? Thank you so much for your help. Following is the EtreCheck info.

I use the first two, got rid of Clean my mac. Firefox it crashing again. I had FaceBox, it said something in the Firefox crash report about that. I'll just get rid of the plugins if that keeps happening though. After I put the 8g back in that is. All was find with the 8g. Although it was still slow. And I guess I'll get rid of the menubar items?

Hi. Back again. Now my MBP crashed! That's kinda scary! Is it a problem with FireFox? Or should I switch the ram back to 4gig? Get rid of all the menubar stuff? I want to trust this computer, but I'm used to dumping stuff all over my Windows computers and Samsung phones/tablets without nary a shutdown. Fearful memory of blue screen of death back in the day and all. Any ideas? I have 4 days left to return this to BestBuy, so if you think it's a computer problem... Thank you so much. Oh... I updated Flash to see if that would help.

Upgraded new MBP MD 101LLA to 16g ram and runs slower now
