Getting iso file for boot camp?

I'm trying to install windows on my computer (2014 MacBook Air). I bought the license for Windows 8.1 Pro but downloading it results in an .exe file that I can't do anything with. I know you can download it to a PC and store it on a flash drive which you can then use with your Mac, but no one in my household owns a PC and it might be sometime before I can get to one for this purpose. Anyway I can get this done on my own?

It took me a bit but I figured out what you meant by that, lol. I wasn't able to run the .exe through wine for some reason so I tried it through virtualbox which seemed to work, but the .iso file I got from it was only 32-bit (apparently boot camp needs 64). The license I bought has both 32 and 64 included, any idea how I can make sure I'm getting the 64-bit out of it?
