Safari isn't working because of a pop up help!

I Was trying to watch captain America 2 and got a bit through the first couple seconds when this shows up on a new page (that I can't get out of)

User uploaded file

NOw ow ive seen this before, and had no problem getting rid of it. But now if I get rid of the pop up, I can't get rid of the site, which gives me the same pop up in about 1.5-2 seconds (not a big time frame there, last time the regeneration gap was at least 3.5-4 seconds)

iPad Mini, iOS 8.2, I have McAfree
