okay so you know the little warning on your iPhone when your iPhone is going to go at 20%? well i have an iPhone 5S and that popup for me comes up when the battery is at 10% and the 10% warning comes up when the battery is at 1%. something is clearly wrong here but what is it????????????????????????????????? can an apple support person please help me? thank you if you can...............................
