ipad battery usage information problem

Hi , i have a ipad mini 2 with 8.1.2 and iphone 5 with 8.3.

I'm having trouble with my ipad's battery usage stats information.

The problem is too interesting. Both device is using same apple id and icloud account. Only safari and notes are selected sync with icloud.

Handoff , imessage , facetime and auto download disabled.

Problem causing when i charge my iphone.

When i charge my iphone , my ipad's battery usage stats resetting always. But when i logout on icloud both device everything fine. Ipad's battery stats showing correctly.

How to solve my problem ?
