HI , I have an iPhone 5s and I have noticed for some time all my tones I purchased have just disappeared from my phone. How do I get back? I see them on the laptop when I log into Itunes

If your phone was on 8.1.1 when you bought them : Restore missing tones on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 8.1.1 - Apple Support
Otherwise sycn them back from the Tones part of your computer's iTunes library, tones are a one-time only download from the store so you won't be able to redowin load them. If you don't have copies of them anywhere, and if you haven't moved countries since buying them and they are still in the store, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
