Imported the wrong iPhoto library into Photos. Can I start over?

Not only did I accidentally import the wrong iPhoto library, but when Photos set itself up, it ended up on one of my external drives rather than the internal drive of my computer. (That may be because that particular drive USED to be the internal drive of my PREVIOUS computer.)

Anyway, how do I go back to square one with Photos and make sure it ends up on my internal drive?

Incidentally, IS there a Photos forum? I didn't see one. That's why I'm posting my question here.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), 2.5 Ghz Intel Core i5

Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch Photos. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and convert any Library you prefer.

1. You don’t need to. Launch Photos with the Option key held down, click on Other Library, and choose the correct one.

Thanks. I did that and it's now fine. However, I discovered that it's still located on the external drive. How can I get it to the internal drive. Is it as simple as dragging and dropping? Of so, where should I drop it and how will I know that the app will find its new location?
