I recently migrated my iPhoto library from HDD, but later deleted the photos from computer. Now whenever I try to open the library from HDD it says 'cannot open migrated library." Any way to help?

Thanks for your answer.. Format is Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and I'm trying to open it with "Photos" app.. If there is a way to recover the photos I would be okay with using a different program/app as well..
Did you manage to open it prior to deleting the material on the internal disk?
Yes I was able to open them. I didn't realize that the "Photos" application was using the HDD as source to open them I just didn't want them to be copied to "Photos" app then I deleted them from "Photos" app. I still see the "migrated" library has 20GB's in it just like before. I hope I would be able to recover them.
Basically what I am wondering is if there is a way to override this... I believe that is the problem.. My old library is now a "migrated library.."
Okay we have solved the problem and in order to help everyone I am going to write the solution here. So basically the problem was that the original "iPhoto Library" on my hard drive appeared to be migrated that's why I couldn't migrate again.
To solve it,
Go and right click on "iPhoto Library," than go to the "get info."
You will see a similar screen to that;
From the name, delete the "migrated" part. When you open double click it you will be able to migrate it to "Photos" application again.
