For a long time my HP 7515 had a WiFi connection to my iMac (OS 10.10.3). Without a noticeable event I can no longer communicate with the printer from my iMac. The printer is fine and has a good IP address over which my iPad can print. When I go to "Printers & Scanners" on the iMac the printer is not on the list and I cannot find it to add it. Most frustrating indeed! Help appreciated.

I did this and sadly no fix. This occurred after the update to Yosemite and I have a Samsung C460 Color Laser printer/scanner. Do you have any other suggestions?
Linc, I did reset the printing system; to no avail.
First, restart the printer and your wireless router. If there's no change, try adding the printer using its numerical IP address (which you can find by printing out the status page) rather than its Bonjour name.
I restarted the printer and my computer. Then added the printer via IP and it worked. Now to get the iPhone 5 to follow suite. Thank you for the help.
