Forgot my apple ID!

I made a new gmail. Then I used it for my phone, for the apple ID.
Now my Phone is broken. I'm trying to go to icloud and try to see my saved stuff. So I could transfer it to my new phone.

But I forgot my apple ID. I tried looking at the "find your apple ID" from apple. But that didn't help me.
I do have my rescue email address, although I do not know how to apply it.

Added to that, I looked on my (rescue email), and no where it says the apple id for the phone. Which upsets me.

I tried Itunes, but I have not synced it before, therefore it doesn't show up.
And when I try to connect it with itunes.
I can't because I need the passcode, my phone recently cracked, and the result of the crack also affected the inner parts of the phone,

therefore I can;t touch the screen, but the screen still opens, and I can still use the outer parts, but the screen, you just won't be able to touch anything.
I turned it off (reset) it by, pressing the home button, and the power button at the same time, but now I have to put the passcode in,

which I won't be able to do because I can;t touch the screen.

I need my saved things in there. Please help me find my apple ID.
I believe I still remember my password for the apple id.
