iBooks from the bookstore will be books, the majority of them can only be read in the iBooks apps on iOS devices and Mac computers (those without DRM on them can also be read on PCs), they can't be 'played' on CDs. You can copy audiobooks bought from iTunes to CDs for backup purposes.
