5s bluetooth works with music but not phone call?

Hello,

I have an Iphone 5S.

I recently changed the LCD screen.

Everything works as it should but I faced an issue with bluetooth.

Ok, so the phone is connected to the bluetooth fine (speaker, headphones, and autos).

Once it's connected, it plays music, notification sound including message and calls, and navigation perfectly.

However, once phone is connected, no sound or the other party could hear me.

If I change to "iphone" or "speaker" it works fine.

Funny thing is that facetime works via bluetooth with no problem.

If I facetime someone, the sound works via bluetooth speakers and headphones and the other party can hear me well.

So it's only phone call it doesn't work.

How can I fix it?

Sounds like there may be a problem with a cable. Go back to the place that replaced your screen and have them look at it.

I have the exact same issue with my Iphone 5S.

My screen was replaced at an Apple store... and bluetooth stopped working right after.

Went back to the store and they told me is an existing issue with my phone and need a replacement.

Not sure what to do now since my phone is already 6 months out of guarantee 😠

Genius bar also mentioned that could be software related issue to be fixed in an upcoming iOS release?
