Apple ID Disabled

My Apple ID is disabled because of a credit card closer(I'm trying to do the same for Spotify, but back to the topic). Yeah, what can I do? I can't update apps or download even free ones. (Which is a drawback cause you're required to have a credit card)

If your account is disabled, and it' for security reasons : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

Otherwise try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact

You aren't required to have a credit card on your account, if you log into the account (e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad) do you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support ?
