Option to choose Cantonese dictation with English Siri?

I Cannot figure out how to using Chinese dictation with Cantonese while setting Siri in English. It was working before ios8. Stange thing is when I have imessege read my Chinese text, it will speak in Cantonese. Any help Apple?

Do you have your keyboard set to Chinese? Try setting region to Hong Kong.

Also google "iphone cantonese dictation" for some other experiences.
