I have a MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite, 10.10.3. The camera just don`t work. I have tried FaceTime and some other apps which use the camera. By the way, even the system report is able to recognize the camera.

There's a slight chance you can get the camera working by Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac. Otherwise, the machine has to be repaired by Apple or an authorized service provider.
