HELP: none of my iphones work at home

I have an iPhone 6, 3 iPhone 5, and 1 iPhone 5s. Yesterday, they all quit working when at home, except through wi-fi. No text messages (except iMessages), no phone calls in or out. My Galaxy s4, which is in the same carrier plan, works fine. Any ideas? I've tried turning off handoff, resetting, turning off the phones, turning off family share... you name it, I've probably tried it. HELP!
