May 6, 2015 6:43 AM in response to mimy asyikinby D.Cohen,Here's what Apple suggests to do to change your billing info:
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID. You might need to enter your password.
- Tap Payment Information and update your account.
On your Mac, go to Apple Menu - System Preferences - iCloud - Account Details (after your password) - Payment. There you will be able to change your payment options.

The above answers are correct, but if you mean that you do not want your Visa card popup in Safari, do the following:
- Start Safari
- Select Safari->'Preferences'
- Go to tab AutoFill
- Select 'Edit...' next to Credit Cards
- Delete the card(s) of your choice
