itunes stoped loading

Hi All

I have a windows 7 computer. I have been using itunes for a few years now, after adding some songs to my library I tired to transfer these to my Ipod (I have done this many times before) this time the computer did not recognize the Ipod so I let Itunes delete the music and reinstall it, after this there was only two albums on the ipod and the Itunes music was missing from the pc, I have tryed to delite Itunes and reistall several time but every time it only opens to a white page and the gets stuck there, the only way out of this is then to restart the pc.
