How to move audio track just a little (to sync)?

Hi!

For some reason the audio was out of sync from the camera (Nikon D5200) so I decided to detach the audio track and move it so it would sync. I got it to almost sync but not quite so I need to nudge the track just a little bit. How do I do this? I use iMovie 10.0.8.
