Pop-up alert on safari can't be ignored...

So today I decided to go on the web and I found a few trustworthy sites with one site that took me to a virus (as far as I know). The site is <http://d4pages.com>. The site was accessed on my iPad Mini unexpectedly from several redirects leading up to it. Then the Alert shows me this:

Congratulations, you are today's lucky

Wave Broadband user!

You have (1) unclaimed prize

Click OK to claim your prize now"

The only button available is "OK," and I don't want what ever this is getting access to my iPad in any way. i tried restarting my iPad, restarting Safari, and trying to block the page but I still get notified with the alert. With a bonus you probably guessed by now, I never entered a contest (I entered two but we're from Tumblr which is abstract from the point.)

It would be very helpful if I can get around this "OK" button without replacing Safari or deleting everything on my ipad.
