someone entered lock code wrong and now iphone is disabled i have nonitunes back up

someone put mynlock code in wrong too many times now disabled no itunes back up help i have pics a videos i dont want to loose

Backups need to happen before a catastrophe. After a catastrophe, it's too late.

If the videos were purchased from iTunes, you will be able to re-download them later. If they're personal videos you took with the iPhone, since they are not backed up, they will be lost.

if you use iCloud and have back ups turned on then your phone will back up once a day when connected to a wifi network ,connected to a power source, and on the home lock screen. you will have to restore and then you should be able to restore from the back up if you have one. if not then there is no way to save that information.
