how can i use this phone in Hong Kong?

can not activate in Hong Kong.

Only the wireless provider to which an iPhone is locked can unlock it.

Most Japanese wireless providers do not offer unlocking. Check with

the wireless provider to which your iPhone is locked to see if they offer

unlocking and if you qualify.
