How can I download FaceTime on my iPad mini from nigeria
Pls I need FaceTime on my iPad , I know a lot of people in Nigeria using FaceTime on their iPhone and iPad, how can I install it on my iPad mini

FaceTime is support to come pre-installed on the iPad with IOS8.3.
If FaceTime is not installed on the iPad via the factory the iPad is purchase on a country where FaceTime is blocked on laws.
There is a few countries that does that like dubai.
There is also no download for it.
