I recently changed the email address for my apple ID some months back, then after updating my software to 8.3 it require a password for my old account which i deleted and no longer use, plus I deleted that OLD account and added tried to add my new gmail account under - Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>Google or Exchange... it gives the caption below... the returns to the screen prior to this one
