Flashed Nvidia Titan is only recognized after restart

Hi Guys,

I have a Mac Pro 3.1 and recently bought a flashed Nvidia Titan Graphics card. The card worked right from the beginning without any problems.

In OS X 10.10.2 I installed Cuda and the WebDriver 343.01.03b01. Running under Nvidia Drivers I noticed that the mouse makes lags after waking up the mac from sleeping.

So I uninstalled the WebDriver and wanted to try another WebDriver. At the end of the uninstallation the setup did a restart.

After this restart my monitor stays black but it seems that the mac boots properly.

Then I added my old original graphics card Radeon HD 2600XT. With this card I get a picture. In the system profiler the nvidia titan is now not properly recognized, it says:

If I make a restart, the Nvidia Card works right from the beginning and is recognized properly. Turning the mac off and starting again, the black screen appears.

I already tried a SMC- and NVRAM-Reset. I installed different Nvidia WebDrivers but always the same black screen.

Then I made a fresh OS X 10.9.2 installation with the old card on another hard drive and changed the cards after the installation.

After starting the mac, the monitor stays black but the mac pro does a restart by itself and then the nvidia card works.

It shows a failure protocol which I pasted to this poste at the end.

If I install WebDrivers under OS X 10.9.2 no changes to the problem.

Adding the old graphics card leads to the problem that I get a picture from the old card but booting freezes and the mac can`t be started with both cards.

I really really hope you guys can help me, I don`t know what to do any more
