macbook pro retina, 000rpm when running smcfancontrol?

hi i just purchased my 2015 13" macbook pro retina yesterday, and i just installed smcfancontrol, but most of the times it indicates 000rpm? it never happened with my 2011 macbook pro before. is it normal? or not normal? does that mean that the fans of my new macbook pro is not working?
