Respected Sir...

i have iPhone 5s GOLD, i updated the software version ios 8.3 (12F70), model ME298LL/A. Now my phone back(rear) camera is not working, it is full black screen, and front camera is working well, but now front camera is showing blur image result...

Sir... Kindly advice me that what i do?

We are not Apple, we are users like you. Apple will only provide service on your phone (in warranty or not) in the country in which your phone was originally purchased. Since you don't know if Apple has offices in Pakistan, I'm guessing your phone wasn't bought there. In any case, here is a link to service locations, from Apple's website:

I don't see Pakistan listed. If you have your phone serviced by anyone other than Apple, it will void your warranty.
