I forgot my Apple ID on my other device while Find My iPhone has linked that? What should I do now?

ffor activating my iPhone I need my Apple ID but I forgot it's information completely.. While I have linked Find My iPhone to that. So my iphone is disable now. Help me please.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3
