Iphone freezing on boot

Hey guys.One night when i was out i tryed to open wi-fi menu in my iPhone but it didn't opened so i press on/off button and restarted the phone.Now my phone is stuck at booting.The phone boot for 6-7 seconds then freez,the apple logo is becoming darker and sometimes a line green/red/white apears and the phone reboots.If i try to restore from itunes apple logo apears with a circle under it and the circle freezes and the phone reboots in recovery.I tryed anything i found on the web but nothing worked.
