after 8.3 update, my iphone calendar will no longer update desktop calendar

Never had an issue. My iphone (primary in our family) always updates the main desktop calendar. After update 8.3, it will no longer sync. Can Anyone help? Sync All Calenders is checked and I have rebooted both systems and double checked and all the correct boxes are still checked.
