App store, iMessage and facetime log in issues
Hi, Hoping someone can help please?
I updated to Mavericks and I can no longer log in to App store, iMessage or facetime on my Mac. I am getting the following message when I try log in to the app store 'connection failed' and on iMessage 'an error occurred during activation, try later'. When I updated they also stopped working on my iPhone, but I was able to resolve the problem by logging out of my accounts and making sure the time, date and location were all the same, as suggested on here. I have made sure my apple id is all correct, but I have no idea how to fix the problem on my Mac, any suggestions?
